The purpose of the internal audit is to enhance and protect organizational value by providing independent, objective and risk-based assurance, advice, and insight It helps an organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
We need someone who has transitioned from audit firm to industry. And has experience in SOX/COSO/SOP/Process improvement.
Risk Assessment and Annual Risk Based Internal Audit Plan: Perform Risk assessment of all functions of the company and draft Annual Audit Plan based on Risk Assessment and inputs from including input of senior management, Audit Committee.
The internal audit plan will be developed based on a prioritization of the audit universe using a risk-based methodology
Execution of risk basis audit plan: Execute the annual plan as per Risk Based Audit approach to provide independent assurance to the Audit Committee and the
Compliance with CMA (Capital Market Authority-Oman) Code of Corporate Governance
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from INDIA
Experience: Min 10 years of related experience out of which major should in FMCG/Beverage/Food&Beverages
Knowledge of Governance, Risks &Controls Framework (example- COSO, ERM, ISO – 27000 on IT Security etc.)
Candidate based in India and willing to move to Oman , Only pls apply
