Role Description

We have a great opportunity for ambitious RE International Investment Manager who have successful track records of investment, sales and satisfied clients. Individuals who will be a part of a talented and driven team that thrives in a fast-paced, diverse environment and demonstrates initiative for creating new opportunities and driving forward existing opportunities to make it happen and to make the difference.

The perfect candidate will have and Investment background or International real estate background.

Responsibilities

· Engaging with Overseas clients in a professional and friendly manner, catering to their property investment requirements and preferences as an account manger.

· Able to coordinate Roadshows and international real estate events.

· Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their property and investments in Dubai.

· Demonstrate proven sales experience to showcase properties, negotiate deals, and close sales successfully.

· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market trends and property values in Dubai and the UAE.

· Entertain relationships with developers and other real estate brokers and global networks.

· Study your local real estate community, and areas and be knowledgeable on current market trends.

· Advertise your realtor services to the local community through marketing materials and networking.

· Take clients on property tours and attend open houses, and answer questions about contracts and sales terms.

· Maintain and update listings of your available properties and investment portfolio.

· Obtain and maintain exclusive listings.

Qualifications

Must understand off-plan market, capital appreciation, ROI, rental income, and real estate investment market.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to understand and present contracts.

Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills but must have a teamwork mindset.

Flexible to travel for international Roadshows and real estate events
