We are looking for a highly professional experienced TOP Pastry Chef with a strong flair for refined or Michelin level cooking to join an established, highly regarded luxury restaurant based in the heart of Doha. The restaurant prides itself on bringing out natural flavours and textures of their dishes.
The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience helping to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen from ordering ingredients to keeping an accurate inventory list and ensuring cleanliness. You will ensure the highest standards of cooking and presentation of dessert dishes at all times. Working closely with the Head & Sous Chef’s you will ensure that you maintain the excellent reputation of cuisines offered to every guest. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with all levels of staff in the kitchen along with the F & B team.
Applicants of this role must speak fluent English, have proven professional experience working in top 5* restaurants or Michelin level restaurants ideally within Europe, America or similar.
