The Turnaround Sr Mechanical Project Engineer works on assigned projects and coordinates with other engineers, planning, organizing, delegating, influencing, and leading his assigned Projects (Schemes and Management Of Change Work Packs)
Become familiar with the clients business environment to effectively lead projects.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization.
Provide regular guidance to other Junior team members.
Ensure that the scope and schedule of projects are achievable within the given time and budget.
Minimum Requirements
An Engineering Degree from a reputed university.
Strong multi-discipline coordination skills.
A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a project or mechanical engineer in the oil and gas industry.
Leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Good presentation, written communication and IT skills.
Experience in managing Brownfield Projects.
Strong Contractors management expertise
A proven track record of planning, coordinating, and executing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with implementing and using Project management Processes.
