Candidate with following Experiences:
Project Planning- coordinate with Architectures and plan accordingly
Design & Drafting- Detailed plans with specificatons
Budgeting- Estimate project cost and Identify cost saving ooportunites.
Site Analysis- Conduct Site assessments.
Material Knowledge- Choose appropriate materials considering all factors.
Quality Control- Implemenet quality assurance
Construction Management- Ensure the project stays on schedule
Technical Expertise- Analyse & offer Technical advice.
Finanacial Projections- Perform cost calculations
Work Schuedule- Prepare work schedule for smooth work process.
Documentation- Maintian construction logs
Communication- Communicate and cordinate with everyone
Safety & Compliance- ensure all construction activities adhere to safety protocol.
Contract & Negotiation- Negotitae Project terms & conditions
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should be BE - Civil Engineer
Candidate should play the role involving above all specifications.
Candidates should have 4-5 years of Experience in Site Management
Experince in Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCad
Strong Knowlegde of construction methods
Strong problem solving & decision making with effective communications.
