Job Title: Business Development Executive (Interiors - residential)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar.
- Strong understanding of Residential interiors and custom joinery industry and its various components, operational, commercial and various marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- UAE driving license
