Job Description
- Manage the trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated optimally to achieve the desired results
- · Collaborate with sales and procurement team for alignment in strategies and messaging.
- · Coordinate with marketing manager and the team to develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- · Plan and execute merchandising initiatives to enhance product visibility and presentation at retail locations. This includes creating attractive displays and point-of-sale materials.
- · Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns targeted at trade partners. This may involve developing promotional materials, organizing events, and managing promotional budgets.
- · Ensure consistent brand representation across trade channels. Work to strengthen brand visibility and recognition within the trade market.
- · Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and distributors. Understand their needs and preferences to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- · Negotiate contracts and agreements with trade partners related to marketing campaigns ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- · Effectively communicate marketing strategies, promotions, and product updates to trade partners. Ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- · Ensure that all trade marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Other Requirements
· Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excell.
· Minium experience as Marketing Executive required 1-2 years.
· Should have excellent communication skills and good command over English.
· Minimum qualification required is Bachelor’s degree.
