As business development director you will be responsible for identifying, creating, and managing business opportunities within the crypto and blockchain industry. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, establish key partnerships, and enhance the companys position in the market. This individual will leverage their influence to build and enhance the companys brand image within the crypto and blockchain community.
For this top position you will conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion within the crypto/blockchain space. Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry changes that may impact business activities. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the crypto/blockchain ecosystem, including technology providers, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders. Serve as the face and voice of the company, embodying its values and mission in the crypto space. Establish and maintain a positive and authentic brand image through various online and offline channels. Monitor and analyze financial metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve revenue goals. You lead efforts to acquire new clients and customers, understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships. To be eligible for this role you must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Finance, Commerce or similar. Proven track record of success in business development within the crypto / blockchain industry. Minimum of 5 years experience in these same fields. In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and related markets. Strong understanding of regulatory considerations and compliance in the crypto space.
Compensation includes a generous salary plus bonus, pension, medical and a full relocation package if needed.
