Job Description
Design and program complex parts and components for CNC machining using 5-axis machines.
Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy.
Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
