Responsibilities:
Leasing Operations:
Handle end-to-end leasing processes, including property advertising, conducting property showings, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations.
Collaborate with property owners and clients to ensure smooth leasing transactions.
Client Interaction:
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and prospective clients.
Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on current market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings.
Provide clients with accurate and insightful information to assist them in making informed leasing decisions.
Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Facilitate the smooth execution of leasing contracts, handling all necessary documentation.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing tenant concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Administrative Support:
Maintain organized records of leasing transactions, client communications, and property details.
Provide administrative support as needed for the leasing department.
