1) BIM Coordinator - SALARY : 12,000 - 15,000 - UAE Dirham

2 Sr. BIM MODELAR - SALARY: 9,000 - 12,000 - UAE Dirham
(Architectural)
• Check the BIM deliverables issued by the Contractor
• BIM models with LOD and LOl matching the Project stages
• Review 2D workshop drawings
• The final handover and as-built documentation
• Review BIM models received from contractors based on Project BIM EIR and BEP
• Perform detailed model review to meet LOD 300, 400 and 500 requirements
• Experienced with BIM modelling activities of all Building Services requirements, respecting internal processes, project standards and industry best practice
• Experienced with Revit project environment setup with respect to Project BEP
3 BIM MODELAR - SALARY : 7,000 - 9,000 - UAE Dirham
(Architectural)
• Generate alignment models, architectural models, furniture models, layouts, profiles, and cross sections from 3D BIM models for entire trackform works scope
• Work with BIM coordinator and BIM models to prepare submission packages and perform model clean up, QA/QC and synchronize models on regular to the cloud collaboration platform
Preferred candidate profile
• Candidates having Degree/Diploma with min. 5 yrs experience
• GCC Experienced candidates will be given preference.
