We are looking for I.T Solutions Sales Manager for - Dubai, UAE.

Candidates will be responsible for developing and supporting major accounts from mid-size and large corporations within Abu Dhabi/ Dubai territories. This position will be engaging is sales of ‘Customer experience solution’ such as Visitors Management solutions, Humanoid Robots, Customer feedback solution, Currency counting solutions, Digital signage, In store music solutions to name a few...

The Solution Sales Representative will deliver value by differentiating our unique business solution capabilities to current and new major account customers. The Solution Sales Representative will promote and lead sales activities for the region and achieve the allocated sales quota. The Software Solutions Sales Representative will be a Quick learner and able to conduct meetings with C level executives from enterprise customers independently. The expectation of this role is to develop and drive supporting a total solution-based sales approach as part of any offering.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify opportunities with external clients which
includes Banking and finance, Government departments,
Hospitality, Education, Healthcare and Retail customers, and
generate New sales opportunities.

• Manage and grow the business of Robotics, Digital Signage
and Queue Management solutions in the territory of Dubai and other Emirates in UAE.

• Educate the customers about the company’s product and
services to drive business.

• Work closely with the technical team, Presales, Sales and
Operations team by collaborative working style which
encourages teamwork.

• Partner with qualified and experienced software partners in
the region to position our solutions services by
understanding the customer’s mission critical requirements,
to foster a convincing solution to meet business needs.

• Sales personal should be able to conduct Sales
presentations and demonstrations depending on customer
needs keeping in mind of the deadlines.

• Prepare and update customer pipeline/funnel which must be
updated in the CRM daily. At any given time, the funnel
should be at least four times the sales target.

• Should be self-motivated, result oriented and a good team
player.

• As an integral member of the sales team, contribute in
detailed qualification of opportunities, formulation of sales
strategies and technical approaches, plans. Ensure
prospect/client satisfaction with all project deliverables.
