· Regular review, report and follow up on outstanding creditor balances, supplier statements and liaise with suppliers for dispute resolution.
· Prepare monthly revenue invoices and record revenue journals.
· Manage and Control the Petty Cash
· Ensure all invoices receivable and payable are recorded in a timely manner by ERP System.
· Review and approve supplier invoices as per terms of the contract/PO and facilitate timely payments to suppliers.
· Prepare Monthly Budget report to management.
· Prepare the monthly cash flow report and ensure payments are within the acceptable limits of the monthly projection.
· Ensure all bank transactions are recorded on a timely basis in ERP System.
· Ensure bank reconciliations, scrutinize and clear reconciling items in ERP System.
· Support audit requirements both internal and external by providing required information to auditors and providing assistance to the audit team as and when required during the audit.
· Lead the VAT compliance including computation of liability, return filing and refunds on quarterly basis.
· Folow up with clients regarding the outstanding payment.
· Prepare debit and credit notes as per requirements.
· Prepare monthly profit and loss report for each project.
· Prepare Balance Sheet.
· Prepare Cheque as per the terms and condition.
· Prepare and submit income tax report to tax authority .

Ø Strong analytical and Attention to Details.
Ø Strong technical accounting skills and ability to apply International Accounting Standard
Ø Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and ERP System.
Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty.
Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ø Verbal and written English communication skills.
Qualification & Experience:
v Bachelor of Science in Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university.
v 5 to10 years progressively responsible experience in the accounting in construction industry.
v Prior construction experience is an added advantage.
