Manager projects according to approved HSE Programs
Communicate directly to Project Management, Client and HO Corporate HSE
Implement approved project specific HSE Program
Mobilize / Demobilize HSE Personnel
Write / Interpret HSE Methodology
Provide Risk Assessment and recommend control measures
