Job Description

  • Extend a warm greeting to and welcome all arriving guests promptly upon their arrival at the office.
  • Guide visitors to the appropriate individuals and accompany them to designated destinations within the facility.
  • Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner and efficiently route calls to the relevant parties.
  • Communicate with employees to notify them of the presence and purpose of visitors to the office.
  • Maintain the reception area in an organized and presentable manner, ensuring the availability of necessary stationery and materials such as pens, forms, and brochures.
  • Provide accurate and basic information to visitors both in-person and through phone/email communication.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries promptly and efficiently.
  • Perform various clerical receptionist duties, including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all individuals interacting with the reception area.
  • Execute ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the smooth functioning of daily operations.
