Responsibilities:
Clinical Expertise:
- Conduct thorough cardiac examinations, diagnostic tests, and screenings.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring the highest standard of cardiac care.
Cardiovascular Care:
- Manage patients with various cardiovascular conditions, providing comprehensive care.
- Monitor and evaluate cardiac health, employing the latest diagnostic technologies.
Patient Consultations:
- Effectively communicate medical information, treatment options, and procedural details to patients.
- Address patient concerns with empathy, fostering a positive patient experience.
- Collaborate with patients to make informed decisions about their cardiac health.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Consult with specialists within and outside the medical center for complex cardiac cases if possible.
- Mentor and guide medical staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
Record Keeping and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records in adherence to regulatory standards.
- Comply with all policies and procedures governing cardiac healthcare practices.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree with a minimum of 5 years working experience.
- Residency training in Cardiology.
- Board certification in Cardiology.
- Current, and valid medical Oman license from MOH.
- Proven experience as a Cardiologist in a dynamic clinical setting.
- Proficient in the latest cardiac diagnostic and interventional technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills.
