· Liaises with the various Departments/ Projects to understand their respective manpower needs for the year ahead and prepares recruitment plans for review and approval by the HR Manager.
· Identifies and appraises new sources of recruitment methods and sources (including job portals); establishes and maintains liaison with recruitment agencies (international/ local).
· Posts job vacancies internally and coordinates for related external recruitment advertisements (e.g. newspaper or magazines ads).
· Screens relevant resumes, conducts initial screening interviews as per Departments/ Projects requirements, ensures proper documentation to formalize the hiring process and prepares candidate evaluation reports for review by Department/Project Managers; coordinates for further interviews as per departmental/Project feedback.
