Job Description

· Booking new business by generating leads.

· Scheduling routine diary arrangements for the Advisors.

· Booking meeting venues or arranging video conference calls.

· Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.

· Interface with other business services teams and ownership of resolving any routine business
operations problems.

· Ensuring smooth communication on any client queries and involving the Advisor where required

· Taking care of reminders and follow ups on payments, collections, documentation etc.
Assist in compliance/client documentation.

· Ability to follow process workflow maps.
