It is a site-based role reporting to the managers to :
1. Lead, supervise ELV team and execute the implementation of pre-defined design encompassing CCTV, Access Controls, SCN, AV & Other ELV & Security Systems.
2. Support Sales team in Site Survey, Requirement Gathering, Solution Design and Misc. document creation and in designing BOQ and site POC/Demos
3. Understanding Client Expectations, minute details on Solution Proposed, Project Implementation Timelines and other important details for assigned projects.
4. Complete ownership of projects assigned, from taking over the project till final execution, handover, user training and any other related activities.
5. Planning Resources for assigned projects for the successful execution.
6. Manage and motivate the team of field engineers and technicians for the timely and successful completion of the project.
7. Maintain a continuous communication with end user/client representatives on project progress on a day-to-day basis and facilitate detailed coordination between client teams and internal team.
8. Maintain a continuous communication with Management / Operations Team on project progress on daily basis. Create and Submit detailed MIS Reports.
9. Maintain installation handover documents including installation diagrams, installation report etc.
10. Handover the project to Post Sales/Support Team after obtaining final completion certificate from client(s) and authorities.
11. Attend Training Programs from various OEMs and in turn conduct internal training sessions for Field Engineers & Technicians.
12. Gather complete technical understanding on all ongoing / upcoming solutions and relevant products from several OEMs from the perspective of solution design, installation, user training and post installation support.
Requirements :
1. Minimum Experience of 3-4 years in Security system installation & configuration, site supervision and interacting with Authorities for their inspection and approvals is required.
2. Availability of SIRA Card as ‘Security System Engineer’ is Required
3. UAE Driving License – Preferred
4. Strong understanding of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Controls, SCN, AV & Other ELV & Security Systems etc..
5. Experience of liaising with Authorities, Clients, Consultants for obtaining the approval and NOCs.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
8. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
9. Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices.
10. Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals.
11. Prepare Submittals, submit them to client’s approval and ensure adherence to the approved statements throughout the project.
12. Attend meetings with the client project team and prepare progress reports.
13. Report on issues that might affect the work progress as per the preset schedule, and when needed review schedules and priorities for optimization of time and resources.
14. Continuous research and adoption of the latest industry trends and technologies.
15. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
