Job Description

  1. Implement monthly 4Ps objective as communicated by the Supervisor
  2. Execute and implement POSM material as per the guidelines
  3. Report availability of company assets on monthly basis
  4. Follow the pre-designed Route Plan
  5. Stocking sales floor shelves and creating attractive product displays
  6. Adherence to merchandising guidelines defined by BMB / Agthia
  7. Reporting of customer / consumer related quality issues
  8. Getting to know the customer base and understanding their motivation and sales drivers
  9. Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees
