Dutco Construction are looking to recruit experienced Planning Engineer to work on Building Projects (Malls, Hotels and High Rise Tower experience), this is across Residential / Villas and Retail Sectors. Project are valued between AED 300m to 800m.
We require experienced Planning Engineer, who have on similar valued Projects, for a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Main Contractors. Duties will include:
1. Get field info to report progress and update progress in programs.
2. Prepare level 3 programs and 2 week look ahead.
3. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly (graphs only) reports.
3. Track Procurement.
4. Track design status.
5. Load resources ( human, cost and quantities) into program).
6. Develop bar chart program including WBS.
7. Develop recovery program.
8. List a line of activities including design, procurement and construction.
9. Solve problems in an analytical way to achieve a plan.
10. To address alternatives by what-if analysis in P3.
11. To identify risks and temporary work requirements and defend your assumptions.
12. Write narratives for weekly and monthly reports.
13. Take off quantities and calculate durations based on output rates.
14. Create and manipulate databases.
15. Assist in tracking variations.
16. Develop production outputs and workability for various tasks.
