MEP Project Engineer | Abu Dhabi, UAE. We looking for MEP Engineer to join our Interior Design & Build Company in Abu Dhabi. For this position, candidates must have 5+ years of experience working in MEP within the fit-out industry on a Project Engineer position and must be based in Abu Dhabi. Multi-area experience in commercial & retail, F&B, Offices, Govt. Projects, Tenders, Healthcare in FIT-Out & MEP a must.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of MEP-HVAC projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and calculations for HVAC systems.
- Procure materials and equipment needed for projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and budget constraints.
- Supervise installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any delays or obstacles that may impact timelines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards for HVAC systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Prepare and present project reports, including cost estimates, progress updates, and risk assessments.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project closeout materials.
