DescriptionDuties: - Establishing budgets post contract.
- Managing the procurement of subcontractors and materials.
- Establishing contract administration procedures bespoke to the projects and making sure they are followed throughout the project duration.
- Providing hands on drafting support for contractual letters, disputed variation narratives and EOT claims.
- Negotiating with clients and consultants to maximize value on the projects.
- Preparing consolidated commercial reports for the business and presenting to management in head office.
Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years experience in a Contracts /QS role.
- Must have Middle East experience and UAE is preferable.
- Main Contracting background with reputable companies is preferable.
