Job Description:

As a Sales Enegineer at Mideatek, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to visit potential clients door to door, travel on a daily basis, and sell our IT services and solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits and daily travel to identify and engage with potential clients.
• Promote and sell IT services and solutions to businesses in Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our product offerings.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, with a good understanding of Arabic.
• 5-8 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in IT or related industries.
• IT background and knowledge of ELV services and solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license with own car and willingness to travel daily within Dubai.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary depending on experience.
• Sales commission based on achievement of targets.
• Additional performance-based bonuses and incentives.
