We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects.
Requirements:
- Min 2 Years’ Experience in UAE in Similar Role.
- Ability to read and correctly interpret Architectural Plans
- Creativity and Artistic skills
- Ability used of AutoCAD, 3D Max, V Ray SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite,
- Very Good understanding of Lighting techniques and trying to be creative in using them
- Strong understanding of space planning, Color theory, and material selection.
-Have an excellent eye for detail and know about the executive of his 3ds
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Dubai Building codes and regulations.
- Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients, effectively communicating design concepts, material choices, and overall vision through a combination of 2D and 3D visualizations.
