Job Description

· Develop and Implement effective communication platforms with each clients and staff

· Formulate strategies for improving customer services to establish strong business relationship with existing clients and strive to increase profits and client retention by running the assigned projects efficiently and successfully

· Identifying areas of opportunity with product/service offerings to bring new clients on board

· Develop initial ideas/concepts and acquire key information about the projects, discussing requirements in detail with Clients (the brief) and setting project schedules;

· Identify client’s business needs and requirements and successfully communicate those needs to the concerned team members for action

· Liaise with different departments about client queries and apply best practices to areas of improvement

· Coordinate between the client and technical teams to result in proactive recommendations in optimizing and enhancing the client environment

· Offer advice to clients on services and products.

· Maintain an updated list of Clients’ information and keep track of all project related documents.

· Participate in marketing campaigns.

· Deal with client requests advise solutions to problems related to the project

· Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of the projects and campaigns

· Receives client briefings, and analyses the input of client together to produce creative brief and proposal

· Review all presentations and proposals related the project, reviews their status reports and addresses issues as appropriate

· Document all phases of Project including scope, progress and handover

· Manage and supervise the teams, all different consultant and contractors involved in a project.

· Collaborating with other teams – internal and external to ensure that the best industry standards are adapted and practiced

· Keep abreast with innovations in the field of and make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to the General Manager
