We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage and oversee our logistics operations. If you have a passion for logistics and a proven track record in supervisory roles, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
- Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Plan and supervise the shipments from production to the end-user.
- Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments.
- Enhance operational efficiency and minimize costs.
- Ensure quality, quantity, stock levels, and delivery times are maintained.
- Train and manage warehouse staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or relevant role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management software.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
