Collaborate with Departments to analyze training needs/ gaps and prepare relevant training plans based on the yard requirements
Develop training courses’ materials including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other references or resources.
Deliver training to all interested parties up to DDW/ TD&PM standards.
Assess and evaluate training in accordance with course and department standards.
Trade test new employees up to the required standards.
Record and communicate training results to concerned departments.
