About Digital DirAction:
Digital DirAction, a leading multinational software house with a global presence in North America, Europe, MENA, and the Asia Pacific, is looking for Business Development Executive for our Middle East office located in Dubai. This role is pivotal in driving our growth in the region, focusing on sales targets relative to our service offerings.

Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for our Tech sales and business growth initiatives across the Middle East, with a particular focus on Dubai. This role entails achieving ambitious sales targets, positioning Digital DirAction as a go-to partner in the technology services sector and later on building and leading a dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Revenue Growth for Middle Eastern Region:

  • - Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively selling our range of services: Full Stack Development, AI/ML & Data Science, Blockchain, and Cyber Security.
  • - Develop and execute strategies to penetrate key market segments in the Middle Eastern tech industry.
  • - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.2. Strategic Planning and Reporting:
  • - Collaborate with senior management to define and refine sales strategies.
  • - Provide regular reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitivelandscape.
  • - Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technologicaladvancements.3. Team Building and Leadership (later on):
  • - Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • - Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
  • - Set clear team goals and KPIs, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • 1. Sales Performance: Achievement of monthly sales targets and quarterly milestones.2. Market Expansion: Number of new clients acquired and growth in key market segments.3. Strategic Contribution: Successful implementation of sales strategies and contribution to overall business growth.Qualifications and Experience:
  • - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • - Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a senior managerialrole, preferably in the software development or tech industry.
  • - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
  • - Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern software and digital products market.
  • - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
