Al Faisal International needs a Development Manager to fit the following role.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Doha, Qatar, for a Development Manager. The Development Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the companys industrial operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and security services. The Development Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, drive cost-efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives, to identify project requirements, scope and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• In-depth knowledge of security services, industrial sector including regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• 5 years’ experience in related field.
• Proven Experience in leading the team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent project management and planning skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, Quality Control, Maintenance, and Production Planning and Control
• Excellent knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and compliance
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with team members.
• A problem solver with high analytical skills and a strong focus on data driven decision making.
• Ability to adapt to Fast paces and constantly changing work environment.
• Must read and write Arabic.
