Job Description

Looking to hire Sales Assistant

· Answering phone calls and calling customers and vendors to follow up on appointments and deliveries

· Compiling, maintaining and updating company records

· Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions

· Reports to the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

· Working with Stock Controller for Inventory purposes

· Issue/release items from the warehouse based on the approved Material Request.

· Maintain and keep Stocks Inventory accurate.

· Provides reports of Expiry items, stocks based on the computed MIN-MAX

· Receives and inspects deliveries for both local and international suppliers.

· Can understand and speak English

Clerk qualifications:

· Previous experience in Sales and Inventory

· Should be at least 25 - 45

· Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills

· Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively

· Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

· Ability to prepare stock inventory and process office bills

· Asian Nationality (only Ladies need to apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: KD250 - 275 per month

Transferrable Visa

* 3 months probationary period

* Work in Subhan Area

* 30 days paid vacation annual leave

* Free transportation from Farwaniya

* Morning Shift: 8AM to 4:30PM

* Gross Salary: 250 -275 KD / month
