AP Executive are sole agency to a crypto currency exchange company based in Dubai, UAE. They are looking to hire an experienced brand manager with crypto and / or fintech experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the crypto market, blockchain technology, and the ability to create a compelling and cohesive brand image. As brand manager you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and resonance with the target audience.

Responsibilities will include brand Strategy by developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the companys mission, values, and business objectives. Defining the brand positioning and differentiation within the competitive landscape of the crypto industry. Brand identity and design, by overseeing the creation and maintenance of a strong visual identity, including logos, colour schemes, and other brand elements. Ensuring consistency in brand representation across all marketing materials and communication channels. Delivering content and messaging by developing and communicating a consistent brand voice and messaging that resonates with a global target audience. Collaborating with marketing and content teams to create compelling and on-brand content. Community Building by ostering a positive brand image within the crypto community through active engagement and participation. Developing and executing strategies to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy. Creating partnerships and collaborations: Identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with the brands values and objectives.

Working with influencers and other industry stakeholders to amplify our clients reach. Doing brand performance analysis with the use of utilising analytics tools to measure and analyse the performance of brand related initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize brand strategies. Event and Campaign Management, this will involve planning and executing brand-related events and campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement. Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate brand initiatives into overall marketing campaigns. Study market trends and insights to stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour within the crypto and blockchain space. Adapt brand strategies based on market insights and emerging opportunities.

You will need to have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications in blockchain or crypto-related areas are a plus. It is essential you have proven experience as a brand manager in the crypto or blockchain or fintech industries. Our client is paying an excellent benefits package and full relocation costs if required.
