Requirements.
Candidate must have a bachelors degree in any discipline.
Applicant must have 1 year of Retail banking experience in Personal loan/Credit card sales in their home country.
Applicant with Strong interpersonal and communication skills(required).
Ability to work under pressurized conditions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve monthly sales targets.
Can generate new leads through cold calling and personal referrals
