Description Tim & the team has been lucky enough to work with this leading MAIN contractor for 16 Years now. They have seen the business deliver some of the UAE’s most Major Iconic Building Projects from 5* Hotels , High Rise Towers & Major Shopping Malls.
During this time we have placed some top talent into the business. Very proud to say that we have seen many develop their careers and growth in stature during this time.
This UAE Based Main Contractor has engaged NSR Associates on a retained basis at “Tender Stage”
They have a highly sensitive , complex and HIGH value Shopping Mall that is due for Award before May 2024. This project will range between 4-5Billion AED so it is a Monster in value & program. What we would call a real Major Project and the type that many will look at in years to come and be proud of.
We have been asked to shortlist the following roles.
Major Shopping Mall Project – UAE * Project Director 75 -95,000 AED Per Month
- Project Manager – 55-65,000 AED Per Month
- Commercial Manager – 60-72,000 AED Per Month
- Planning Manager – 50-55,000 AED Per Month
- Design Manager – 55-60,000 AED Per Month
The figures stated above are plus the following
- Family Visas
- Medical
- Flights
- Schooling Paid up to 2 Children
Now as we all know Major Shopping Mall’s are not for the faint hearted. They always have technical issues, EOT’s, program challenges and re-designs.
Have you walked this path before on a Major Mall in the UAE and want to do it again?

The following is CRITICAL before you even think to apply:
- Have you built a Shopping Mall in the Gulf for a Main Contractor from START to Finish (Not finished one , started one or worked
- Is this Mall worth 1.5 Billion AED + (Non Negotiable)
- Is 85% of your working career with reputable Main Contractors ( They are NOT interested in Developers , Architectural Practices or PMC’s)
- Does your CV show a clear track record of progression , loyalty & success
- Was the Shopping Mall a success
