Job Description

Human Resource Administration Manager of a Real Estate Company:

Job Responsibilities

1、Responsible for inside and outside the company to collect potential and required talent information and organization of recruitment work, the establishment of talent pool and compliance with the recruitment process

2、 Participate in the development and optimization of the companys compensation and benefits and performance management system, and organize and implement performance appraisals;

3、According to the companys business line staff training needs, the development, organization and implementation of the companys training and enhancement plans.

4、 the development of the companys various rules and regulations, including but not limited to employee manuals, rewards and punishments system, performance appraisal, training and so on;

5、Implementation of the companys provisions of personnel recruitment, hiring, transfer, separation management and other personnel rules and regulations, to carry out comprehensive employee relations, corporate culture construction work

  • Responsible for administrative affairs, meeting organization, license management, cost control and so on;

Job Qualifications:

1、Working experience in real estate industry and real estate agency is preferred;

2、Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English, more than 3 years of work experience in human resources;

3、Familiar with the recruitment process, skilled use of a variety of recruitment tools and means, rich recruitment experience and skills, familiar with relevant state laws;

4、Ability to make professional judgment quickly and accurately when encountering problems, good at project co-ordination and management, cooperation and docking, and have a sense of the overall situation;

5、Strong resistance to pressure, resilience, high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, with good professional conduct.
