A market leading and well-funded crypto platform is looking to hire a platform operations manager to ensure all processes are run smoothly and effectively. The platform enjoys a strong reputation on the market and aims to provide its users with the most secure and private transactions possible, and has features that attracts both newcomers and experience traders alike. They have a very international team based in impressive offices in Dubai, and already partner with some impressive names in the crypto space and beyond.
Your responsibilities will span across various areas, including technology, security, compliance, and collaboration with different teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations. You will ensure the platform is fully maintained at all times, and develop processes and procedures are fully in place to mitigate all risks ahead of time. You will play a key part in the development of the platform, and you will establish relevant KPIs to monitor all elements of the platform’s performance.
To be considered for this position you will have strong operational experience in the crypto space, ideally within a platform, and excellent technical knowledge on all element of Crypto, Blockchain, and Web-3.
