We are hiring Customer support cum recovery officer, this role involves a combination of customer interactions and handle recovery department and We also are hiring Sales Consultant for generating leads, making calls, and promoting our services. They play a critical role in driving sales and revenue for the company by engaging potential customers and converting prospects into loyal clients.
Responsibilities: (Customer support cum recovery officer)
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our services so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Responsible for reaching out to customers for default payment collection.
- Sending defaulter notices to the customers for late payments.
- Arrange meetings with customers to assist with their queries, issues, requests, for payments collection.
Responsibilities: (Sales consultant)
- Knowing all the details of our service.
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
- Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization.
- Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
- Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
- Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.
- close the deals.
Requirements:
- Graduation or equivalent.
- Priority experience in a similar role.
- Knowledgeable with computers.
- Efficient with English.
- Minimum 1 + 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Languages (English and Hindi both are mandatory)
