Are you experienced in Cryto or Fintech? A leading and well-funded Crypto company is looking to hire an internal control manager focused on Strategy to play an integral part of the growth and further success of the business. The platform enjoys a strong reputation on the market and aims to provide its users with the most secure and private transactions possible. They have a very international team based in central offices in Dubai, and already partner with some impressive names in the crypto space and beyond.
To be suitable for this role you must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree or Masters, with preferably a major in finance, mathematics, financial engineering, or computing. Have more than 2 years experience in the operation or anti-fraud strategy of exchanges and e-commerce platforms. You have keen observation, meticulous thinking, good adaptability, strong execution and are pressure resistant and can master common analysis languages, such as SQL.
Compensation will include a generous salary plus bonus, pension, medical and a full relocation package.
