Mark Williams is working with a prestigious Semi government entity in Dubai, and they are looking for an IT professional to join their Quality department to establish and execute procedures in accordance with ISO standards and the Dubai Government while overseeing the adherence to quality and excellence requirements

Role:

• Oversee and ensure active participation in cross-functional improvement initiatives
• Planning, organization, direction, and control of excellence functions
• Compilation of relevant statistics and issuance of progress reports for the excellence program
• Ensure adherence to Quality policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage organizational effectiveness by completing documentation and identifying employee training needs
• Providing strategic management support through QA/QC documents and Quality management plans
• Implement SMART business objectives with preset targets and KPIs
• Conduct management reviews on Quality issues, performance, inspection/audit findings, and progress towards sector objectives
• Deploy a knowledge management system for transfer of knowledge across the organization
• Compliance with sector Quality policy and procedures
• Provide technical expertise and managerial support for Quality and excellence issues
• Facilitate the integration of the disaster plan with agencies responding to community emergencies
• Assist sector Top Management in implementing required actions

Requirements:

• This role is applicable to the UAE talent pool in accordance with the UAE nationalization law
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or from a recognized University
• Goal-oriented leader fostering a productive climate, adept at motivating, and coaching employees toward high performance
• Results-driven achiever with strong planning, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail
• 8 years of relevant experience
• Certifications (DGEP/EFQM), along with Quality Certification as an ISO certified Auditor
• Experienced in Quality, Excellence, auditing, and evaluation within Excellence and Quality Programs
• Extensive software proficiency covering a wide variety of applications
