We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading interior fit-out company in the UAE. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of high-end commercial and residential projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget constraints, and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and design intent.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
- Manage and monitor project progress against the plan, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Proactively manage potential changes and variations to the scope of work.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide progress reports.
- Manage project snagging and defect rectification.
- Obtain final certificates and approvals.
- Hand over the completed project to the client and ensure their satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior fit-out industry in the UAE.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Working knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
- Fluency in English, Arabic fluency preferred.
