Role Description

This is a full-time Real Estate Sales Manager role for Waynah Properties based in Muscat. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team and work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets. The Sales Manager will monitor competition, identify potential customers, and negotiate contracts. The job also entails preparing and presenting regular reports on sales progress, market conditions, and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market and practices in Oman and the GCC region is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Valid Oman Driving License is required salary based on experience Type: Full-time
