Job Description

  • Coordinating with the departments modules for smooth functioning, share and circulate key information to team as per guidance from HOD/Manager
  • Co-ordinating with HR team for new candidates/ interview schedules and on-boarding processes
  • Planning activities as per HOD/ Manager advise and project requirements
  • Tracking, follow up and resolving of PlanGrid issues on time
  • Updating and maintaining of HOD drawings & documents review/ email log and follow up
  • Promoting and using smart devices along with productivity applications for daily planning/recording (i.e Office 365, MS To Do & PlanGrid etc.)
  • Creation & maintaining all PlanGrid projects
  • Conducting Briefings/ Workshops/ Trainings for different site teams based on guidance from HOD/ Manager
  • Conducting workshops for projects creation/ sheets & field report templates uploading/ stamps and tasks pre-creation based on guidance from HOD/ Manager
