Mark Williams is working with a prestigious entity based in Dubai, this candidate will lead the IT department working collaboratively with executive leadership to comprehend the overall business strategy and objective ensuring that IT strategies, development of systems and infrastructure align with corporate goals

Responsibilities:

• Develop the IT strategy in line with organizational priorities to boost operational efficiency
• Elevate the IT function to a key strategic role, providing adaptive systems for technological advancements
• Collaborate with senior management to deploy IT infrastructure supporting evolving business needs
• Consolidate the annual IT budget in alignment with organizational plans
• Ensure timely and aligned application development and ERP/CRM system implementations
• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of new IT systems
• Continuously improve internal IT procedures for technological changes

Requirements:

• This role is applicable to the UAE talent pool in accordance with the UAE nationalization law
• Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Management (IT) or Engineering (with a preference for a Masters degree)
• Possess a professional IT degree or recognized diploma from a reputable institute, showcasing expertise in planning, designing, and implementing IT/Systems strategies
• Possess Project Management certifications like PMP
• Demonstrate 5+ years of managerial experience, including leadership roles in directing or managing an IT function
