Position: Service Delivery Manager
Work Location: Dubai
Contract Duration: 12Months (Extendable)
Job Description:
- Job Experience in project management, resource management, Scope Management, client engagement, risk management and team leadership within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, perform technical project management which includes Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure of the IT projects across various domains in IT not limited to NOC, WINTEL, SDDC, ITSD, GRC, etc.
- Work closely with IT PMO to ensure uninterrupted service, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working as a Service Delivery Manager.
- Experience in supporting end-to-end client support.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering MSP projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in Service Transition
- Experience working with organizational change management principles, practices, procedures & industry standards for quality management.
- Experience working with client contractual and service level agreements.
- Excellent communication skills exhibiting tact and Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation skills
- Experience in managing relationship with functional heads and coordination with multiple cross functional teams across multiple geographical locations.
- Experience in working with business stakeholders, development teams, strategic vendors/third parties.
