Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the transition of new or changed services from development to operations ensuring that the new or changed services meet the needs of customers and stakeholders are aligned with the organizations strategic goals and are implemented in a smooth and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience in service transition, with a focus on technology or governmental organizations.
  • Strong understanding of service transition principles and practices, including change management, risk management, and project management.
  • Degree in business administration, human centered design, or equivalent in a related field.
  • 10+ years
