- Lead and manage the group clients support team, ensuring that customers receive highâquality support, hiring, training, and motivating team members; developing and implementing performance plans; and resolving customer complaints.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention for a specific group of clients, conducting customer surveys, analyzing data, and implementing changes to the support process.
Requirements:
- Experience in group clients support management, with a focus on B2B.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Experience with group clients support software and tools.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, customer service, or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience in a Governmental & B2B environment
- 5+ years
