Job Description

Our team of highly qualified and experienced engineers and system consultants support companies with global IT requirements. As a managed services provider, we provide outsourced support to a range of industries including financial services, professional services and much more.


As a 1st line service desk Technician you’ll be responsible for taking on issues from our diverse range of clients and their systems, providing high level support to our team and client base. This will be through a combination of being assigned tickets but also being the first line of support over the phone by taking calls and escalating these appropriately. You will also be responsible for investigating and carrying out proactive maintenance and one of our vacancies will also include undertaking updates to systems outside of our client core hours and will be part of a rota system providing cover 7 days a week (worked over 5 days).
