We are looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Collection Officer. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in debt collection, excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all communications.
- Implementing effective recovery strategies.
- Providing regular updates on the status of outstanding to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Debt Collection Officer or similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Accounting background or a related field is a plus.
