Job Description

Primary Function is Sales / Business Development:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential new business
  • Managing and tracking sales activity and progress
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Ensuring Proactive and Professional Communication to the prospects, Follow up on Proposals, Utilizing all resources at disposal to convert potential leads / prospects, including preparation of Bill of Quantity / Quotations, liaise with the design department to ensure that the design meets the clients requirement
  • Manage and service your account or any account entrusted by the company and keep the Management updated of all daily activities.
  • Conducting Initial site survey, Reviewing and Addressing Tender Documents / Submittals/Correspondences, Obtaining Drawings and Documentation for Design team to review the existing and proposed initial drawings, Presentation of the Overall concept and commercial proposal including closure of the project/ sales. Upon closure of the project kindly handover the projects to the Design and Project team for execution of works
