We are looking for an Accountant (Arabic Nationality) who can join immediately.

JOB TITLE: General Accountant

Level: Middle Management

Reporting To: Executive Manager & Director

Work in collaboration with the Maintenance team, Operations, and Management

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

· Manage all accounting transactions by ensuring timely documentation and update of journal entries.

· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements and communicate.

· Assist in preparing budget forecasts & financial statements.

· Assist in Yearly Audit of financial transactions and documents.

· Proficiency in both accounts payable and account receivable accounting

· Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.

· Comply with financial policies and regulations of the company.

Language:

• Preferably Arabic as mother tongue, can speak English, read, and write

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any other related field preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-year experience as General Accountant / Real estate accounting, or property accounting

Others:

• High level of IT understanding.
• Ability to use Microsoft package efficiently with strong Excel skills.
